Commitment to Quality: Weekly Testing and Transparent Results

25 December 2025
We publish comprehensive weekly quality test results for all cement products, demonstrating our commitment to transparency and consistent quality standards.

At Nova Cement Scotland Limited, quality is not just a promise – it's a measurable commitment. We are proud to announce that we now publish detailed weekly quality test results for all our cement products on our website.

Every week, samples from our CEM I 52.5 N product undergo rigorous testing in our on-site laboratory. Tests include Blaine fineness, compressive strength at 2 and 28 days, setting times, and chemical composition analysis including SO3, chloride, alkali content, and loss on ignition (LOI).

All testing is conducted in accordance with EN 197-1 standards, ensuring our products consistently meet or exceed specification requirements. Results are published the following week, providing complete transparency to our customers and stakeholders.

This commitment to quality and transparency reflects our broader philosophy of building trust through openness. Construction professionals and project managers can access historical test data to verify product consistency and performance over time.

Alongside our quality results, we also publish PDF certificates for each testing period when available. These documents provide official verification of our product specifications and compliance.

Visit our Quality page to view the latest test results and download historical data. If you have any questions about our quality procedures or specific test results, our technical team is always available to assist.
